Our studies and analyses are performed using the industry’s latest software versions.

We are aware that requirements differ according to project phases, we have developed in-house predesign, processing and post-processing tools, in order to follow the projects rapidly and flexibly.

The commercial and in house software are supported on powerful computers that enables us to answer the sector specific requirements.

Bladed – DNV GL

Bladed is the leading wind turbine design software for the design and certification of onshore and offshore wind turbines, developped by DNVGL It is used by Windglaz teams for more than 10 years.

OpenFast – NREL

OpenFAST is an open-source wind turbine simulation tool developed by NREL team. Reference software, it has been used for many research and development programms. It is used by Windglaz team for more than 10 years.

WINDGLAZ Equivalent Turbines

Turbines loads are a key input data for every offshore foundation sizing and design. At preliminary design, these loads are oftenly missing because the wind turbine manufacturer is not yet involved in the project. WINDGLAZ has developped the capability to generate equivalent turbines numerical models. These are constantly adjusted and updated following the market trends.
